Leonard's expertise lies in feasibility, master planning and negotiation, and he holds a number of trustee positions and directorships of New Zealand companies. Leonard brings with him to Tasman Cook his unparalleled strategic skills as well as strong relationships with clients, investors, and contracting partners throughout Australasia.

Mike Gibbon

Project Manager

Mike has 24 years experience in the building industry, including 14 years in various project management roles for a variety of developments in the UK, Spain & New Zealand.

After almost five years of detailed, hands-on contracting & project management experience in New Zealand, Mike is now well known by a number of various-sized contractors & building-related consultants.

Michael Wehipeihana

Consultant

Michael has a 20 year background in law and commercial real estate before becoming a partner at Tasman Cook. He has specialized knowledge in conveyancing, commercial, trusts, refinancing and financial structures. He oversees all legal matters relating to Tasman Cook and its entities as well as operations, strategic planning, and sales.

Vaughn Foster

Sales and Marketing

Vaughn spent a decade trading and exporting in Asia, the UK and Europe as well as a period providing commercial services to The Bar Council of England and Wales. He returned to New Zealand in 2003 as a financial consultant in property investment, working alongside developers and marketing companies in the creation and selling down of many successful developments.
